Kona Oli has been my favorite for 10+ years

We’ve been drinking Hula Daddy coffee since our first trip to the big island. Oli has been my daily morning companion for years. I’ve tried many of the other varieties but keep coming back to the gold bag.

Hula Daddy coffee

Visited this plantation, and as an avid coffee drinker, was taken by surprise with the Dark roast. My preference has always been with lighter roast, but for my taste, this was so good! We also enjoyed the tour and my husband got to be the “worker” for the tour. What a fun experience we had, plus we learned a few new things about harvesting. Great people, cute place! So glad we made a reservation for the tour! Also purchased some coffee and more, had it sent home and received our package within days! This is a new must have for my coffee taste buds!! Aloha!

My order arrived late. Coffee is best when it is fresh. There were multiple problems with the delivery. Unfortunately the customer service wasn’t very communicative and they weren’t helpful.

You ordered on 10/17.
We shipped fresh roasted coffee to you by FedEx on 10/18
On Friday 10/20 You complained that you had recevied a FedEx notice and a photo showing a delivery at someone else's house
On Friday 10/20 We looked at the photo and FedEx tracking. We told you it wasn't yoiur package and that FedEx had not made yiour delivery yet.
You refused to beleive us and demanded we do something.
On Monday 10/23 FedEx delivered your coffee.
Then you complained that the coffee wasn't fresh. You received coffee wihtin a week of roasting.
We don't know what else we could have done to make you happy.
